Introduction

The U20 4D mmWave Radar is a compact, lightweight sensing module specifically developed for UAV and drone applications. Operating in the 60–64 GHz band, the U20 provides accurate real-time 4D environmental perception, outputting X, Y, Z coordinates and relative velocity for reliable spatial awareness.

With a measuring range of 0.2 to 40 meters (adjustable), the U20 is ideal for functions such as altitude sensing, obstacle avoidance, indoor positioning assistance, short-range navigation, and landing support. Its small size, low power consumption, and high precision make it especially suitable for drones, robots, and other embedded platforms where payload, integration space, and sensing stability are critical.
